Speaking of, I’m glad you wrote about Mel’s endocrinologist and her sleeping tablet for the flight. I have Hashimoto’s disease, but no one has ever mentioned it could be the reason sleeping pills don’t work well for me. Or any other medication for that matter. Narcotics are essentially worthless. Even my nerve medication (Lyrica) stops working after the first few weeks.
I’m sure it would be helpful if everyone talked to everyone, but it seems doctors want to keep their notes to themselves.
