There are some points in this where we will have to agree to disagree, but I respect your opinion and appreciate you researched this well.

I’ve been listening to Hip-hop probably even longer than you have (I’m 42). I agree that some of these artists did come up hard and rap about what they know, while others have clearly been called out for their bullshit.

I don’t think we need to glorify the violence though. And some, that’s exactly what’s being done.
