Spooky! We ran into the same thing when we bought our house. It was literally the only house we could get. We had just enough money to buy it, there was absolutely nothing else anywhere near our price range. It isn’t what we wanted and we were not able to furnish it, do repairs that are sorely needed, etc.

But we needed out of where we were.

It’s been almost 3 years as well. We’re slowly settling in. It isn’t forever, but it’s what we need, right now.
