Low carb is the ONLY way I've been able to lose weight successfully without starving myself, since I've been an adult.

The only problem I had, is the long-term. Which is why I need to get back to it! I lost 70+ pounds when I did it before and felt better than I have since I was a teenager. Then, due to a bunch of bullshit going on, I ended up going right back to fully loaded carb eating and gained every bit of it back.

I've already started down the right path by quitting regular soda (which is my biggest issue) so fingers crossed I can continue down this road.
