I had a feeling I would find Jim here :) And I get what he means. I have a close family member who is also a gay man. He will tell you he’s allergic to women (jokingly). I know he’s not sexually attracted to women, perfectly okay! But I also know he finds a certain aesthetic pleasing, in women. I believe he would even agree there is a certain amount of queerness to everyone.
Like you said, maybe feeling no need to take action, but the proclivity is there.
I really like how Alan put it. I am Demeter. That gives you my ‘label’ so to speak, but truly tells you nothing else about me. You’ll need to get to know me in order to find out the depth of who I am as a person.
