A bit of advice as far as beneficiaries on insurance policies go. You can designate “Estate” as your beneficiary, you do not have to list a specific person. In the event something were to happen to you, any benefits would be paid out to your Estate upon your death. To further insure things went the way you wanted, you would need to draft a Last Will and Testament, denoting how you want the proceeds of any policies, etc. to be distributed.

You can assign the attorney who processes your Will as your executor. They would be responsible for carrying out your wishes.
